Log-in and Registration Issues
Why do I need an account?
An account is required to access most of the white papers and sales resources in our Knowledge Center. Having an account also lets you:
- Shop and check out faster
- View your complete order history with us and print out receipts
- Keep us up-to-date with your contact information
- Check the shipping status on any outstanding orders
- View and correct your alumni history with us
- Manage your subscriptions to Miller Heiman’s award-winning newsletters.
For Miller Heiman alumni, an account is also required to access alumni-only content, including eWorksheets.
How do I create an account?
It only takes a few moments. You'll be asked to enter a minimal amount of required information.

Is registration free?
Yes. Registration is free of charge, and gives you access to most areas of millerheiman.com.
I don't have my password - how do I log in?
You created your username and password when you first registered to the Miller Heiman Online Store. If you have not logged in yet, please do so and create your username and password here.
I lost my password.
If you forget your password, go to the Login page and click on the "Forgot Your Password" link. The system will give you the password hint you chose when you created your account.
I'm concerned about having my personal information available on the site.
The privacy of your personal information is our top priority. Only you can access and update your personal profile. After you create your account, we will save your personal information, and each billing and shipping address you use to help you check out even faster next time you order from us. The only credit card information we store are the last four digits of your card number and the expiration date so that we can reference your transaction with our credit card authorization vendor in the case of a problem with your order or a refund. Miller Heiman does not store your full credit card information at any point when using our website. This also means that none of our employees have access to the rest of your credit card number either. This is extra insurance to guarantee that your information remains safe.

How do I manage my subscriptions?
You may choose the newsletters that you wish to receive from Miller Heiman by checking the appropriate boxes on this page.
I am Miller Heiman Alumnus but I can't access the eWorksheets.
If you've attended a workshop and are logged in but do not see the eWorksheet you're looking for, you may need to verify your attendance to update your existing alumni status. Click here to update your status.

How do I use the Shopping Cart?
Find an item that interests you and add it to your cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button. When you have chosen the items you want, you can review your cart by clicking "View Cart" or clicking the cart icon (
) which appears in the top-right corner of every page.
- Step 1 - Review Your Cart
When you are in your cart, you will see all the items you added and the cart sub-total. You can remove or edit items from the cart. When you are ready to complete your order, just click "Checkout". - Step 2 - Payment Information
Enter or confirm your credit card information here. Your details will remain secure with us. - Step 3 - Checkout
Review your order summary here, and make sure the payment information you have entered is accurate. When you are satisfied with your order, click the 'Place Order' button. - Step 4 - Order Confirmation
Your order is complete! This page provides a summary of your order and a receipt for your records. An email will be sent to you confirming your purchase.
How do I remove or edit the items in my cart?
You can remove items from your cart when you are in your shopping cart. When you are in 'Your Cart', use the check boxes to select any items you wish to remove and click the 'Remove' button. Selected items will be immediately removed from your cart.
Why do I have to log-in when I checkout?
You will be asked to log in or register when you checkout. This is necessary because your shopping cart is tied to your membership account. Registration is quick and easy, and completely free of charge.
Do you ship anywhere in the world?
Shipping is not available to customers outside of North America. If you reside outside of North America, please call +44(0)1908 211212 or send an email to orders@millerheiman.co.uk to complete your purchase.
